Biography
Maher Ali Ahmed Selim obtained a Bachelor of Theatrical Arts, Department of Acting and Directing. He acted in the Vanguard Theater about 20 plays by Samir El-Asfouri, most notably The Bald Singer, and Cairo 80. He obtained a postgraduate Diploma at the Academy of Arts in directing for three years. He received a scholarship in 1992 at the Accademia Nazionale d'Arte Drammatica Silvio D'Amico, directing department. He participated in many international festivals such as in Carthage and Jordan.
