Matthew "Matt" Chow Hoi-Kwong (Chinese: 鄒凱光) is a Hong Kong screenwriter, director, actor and producer. He is best known for his romantic comedy films, and has served as a screenwriter for filmmakers Peter Chan Ho-Sun, Johnnie To Kei-Fung, Wai Ka-Fai and Joe Ma Wai-Ho.
