Mirai Shida (志田 未来 Shida Mirai, born May 10, 1993) is a Japanese actress well-known for her roles in the 2006 television series "14-year-old Mother" which established her as a talented young talent in the industry. She also received critical acclaim for her role in the 2009 movie "Nobody To Watch Over Me".

Byplayers: 100 Days in the Forest of Supporting Actors
Set in "Byplaywood" a large film studio surrounded by forest, far from the city. The story depicts 100 days of turmoil caused by the gathering of serial dramas and movies from various TV stations at once in this remote studio. Rinco's Restaurant
After a bad breakup, a young woman returns to her hometown and opens a menuless restaurant. A young woman in her mid 20's becomes so heart broken she loses her voice. To recover, the woman decides to go back to her hometown and stay with her free-spirited mother whom she has not been very close to in the past. The young woman then decides to open a restaurant which accepts only one customer a day, allowing for thoughtful preparation for that customer.

Kansatsui Asagao
Asagao (Juri Ueno) is a rookie forensic scientist, who works at a university forensic medicine class in Kanagawa Prefecture. She is a licensed doctor and respected by those around her. Asagao lives with her father Taira (Saburo Tokito), who is a veteran detective. Asago's mother died in the 2011 Tohoku earthquake disaster and her mother’s body was never found. One day, Asagao’s forensic medicine class unexpectedly works with the investigation section of the police department. When a dead body is found, the dead body is transferred to Asagao’s forensic medicine class. Asagao now works with her detective father.

Reunion
The Movie depicts 10 days after the 2011 Tohoku earthquake and tsunami. At a morgue house in Kamaishi, Iwate Prefecture, the workers treat the dead with dignity as they hand over the bodies to their families. Retired funeral worker (Toshiyuki Nishida), finds himself volunteering at the morgue house.

The Queen's Classroom is a live-action Japanese television drama about Maya Akutsu, a new teacher at Hanzaki Elementary School who strives for perfection and punishes her students in unorthodox manners. A 12 year old student, Kazumi Kanda, has been able to withstand her strange punishments so far but the other 23 students begin to fold under the pressure. A South Korean remake of the same title starring Go Hyun-jung in the lead role, was produced in 2013.

In this program, the program director asks people who miss the last train, "Can I follow you home if I pay for a cab? The program director asks people who have missed the last train, "Can I follow you home? This is a dramatization of an episode that was actually aired on the popular variety show "Ie, Tsuite Itte Ii Desu ka?"
