Naoko Sugiura (杉浦 奈保子, Sugiura Naoko, Septembre 9) is a Japanese female voice actor born in Chiba Prefecture. Her blood type is O. Previously she belonged to Ken Production and Brush Up One. The stage name when she belonged to Ken Production was Naoko Sugiura (杉浦 奈保子, Sugiura Naoko), but currently she uses again Yura Hasegawa (長谷川 瑜ら, Hasegawa Yura).
