A Friend is Missing
Twelve-year-old Nina's mom returns from a trip and finds out that her daughter is in the hospital. The reason for the girl's state of shock is the loss of her beloved dog. The dog faces many challenges and adventures on the way to his home.

Based on the novel of the same name by Vera Panova. The story takes place at a major defense plant in the final days of the Great Patriotic War and in the first months following the victory.
