25-year-old Ida lives in a symbiotic relationship with her unemployed and depressed mother Ildikó. Every day seems to be a weekend, as her mother has not worked for a long time and the apartment seems to be a vacation spot. After she finishes her studies, however, everything changes. Ida has to decide between her sense of responsibility for Ildikó and her own happiness when she receives an offer of her dream job. On the witness stand, Schlüter describes how what was initially consensual sex in Thiede's apartment turned into rape. But are circumstantial evidence sufficient? Experts and witnesses are questioned, and an unexpected turn of events doesn't make it any easier for the court to decide on credibility and truth.
