Paul Dobson is an English-Canadian voice actor who works for Ocean Studios and various other studios in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. He performed Naraku and Myoga from InuYasha, Doctor Doom from Fantastic Four: World's Greatest Heroes, Juggernaut from X-Men: Evolution, Happosai from Ranma ½, Enzo Matrix from ReBoot, Folken Fanel from the Ocean dub of Escaflowne, Zarbon from the Ocean dub of Dragon Ball Z, Graveheart from Shadow Raiders, various characters from several Transformers series (Beast Machines, Armada, Energon and Cybertron), Moo from Monster Rancher, Graham Aker from Mobile Suit Gundam 00 series, Sensei Wu from Lego Ninjago: Masters of Spinjitzu and various voices in Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War video game series.

Lego Ninjago: Masters of Spinjitzu
Long before time had a name, the First Spinjitzu Master created the realm of Ninjago using the four Golden Weapons of Spinjitzu. Before he passed, his two sons swore to protect the weapons from evil, but the older brother, Garmadon, was consumed by darkness and aimed to wield all four weapons so that he could recreate Ninjago in his own image. In the ensuing battle between brothers, the younger brother Wu cast Garmadon down to the Underworld and hid the weapons across Ninjago. Now, Sensei Wu finds four teenage ninja to recover the Golden Weapons and save Ninjago from Garmadon and his Skulkin army.

Salty's Lighthouse
Salty's Lighthouse is a series for young children, produced by Sunbow Entertainment and TLC in 1997 in association with the Bank Street College of Education in New York. The show centres around a young boy named Salty, as he plays and learns with his friends in a magical lighthouse. As well as the animated adventures of Salty and his friends, the series uses live-action footage for various segments. 40 episodes were produced in the series.
