Finding the body of the regional politician Karas, killed in the spirit of medieval torture and carefully arranged in a strange scene, unleash police hunt for a sadistic perpetrator. In their adrenaline-fueled ride through the nighttime streets of Prague the pair of friends are caught in a time crunch, teetering between a rap career and a moral choice which threatens the lives of dozens of young people.

This documentary study of the mechanisms that turn the gears of the tabloids is conducted by the unique figure Pavel Novotný. This editor-in-chief of one of the most widely read Czech media outlets of the time, providing news from the world of show business and human misfortune, gets straight to the point. Readership is a fetish, an absolute alibi for all invasions of privacy and every transgression of good ethics. Seen up close, the whole cluster of disreputable reports looks like a staged tableau. Before the eager eyes of an anxious public, celebrities willingly or unwillingly perform acts that the scrutiny of the all-powerful tabloid workers attributes racy significance to.

Svatý Mikuláš

A group of FAMU students are shooting a graduation documentary film about the former institute at St. Nicholas. It is said that the souls of patients still wander around this sanatorium to this day. Led by Natálie Kocurová, the group of students visits the institute and soon discovers that getting out will not be as easy as getting in.
