It revolves around Alex and Anna who are expecting their first child and have just moved to Alex's childhood home in Saltsjöbaden, Stockholm County. Alex tries to get Anna to enjoy herself, and at the same time spend time with his childhood friend Fredde.

This film features, among other things, a bartender with a naked lower body, a double coffin with a built-in pie, a violent flight attendant, five screaming Salvation Army soldiers, a blind TV salesman, a dirty tennis ball and, of course, Uncle Bosse – dirtier than ever.
