Roonui Anania, better known by his first name Roonui, is a Polynesian tattoo artist born in 1961 on the Makemo atoll in the Tuamotu archipelago in French Polynesia.

Mark of the Four Waves Tribe

The three musketeers tattoo
Roonui Anania, Chimé and Purotu started tattooing themselves and tattooing in the street, by snatch, that means with sewing needles attached to match sticks, then electric razors.
