Midnight Diner
Set in a small restaurant in the corner of a shopping district. The unusual eatery is only open after midnight, and its standard menu consists of just a single choice. However, the customers still come for the amusing chatter and the proprietor's willingness to cook any dish that they request. This drama depicts the lives of the restaurant's patrons, including a yakuza, an unsuccessful actor, a group of office ladies, a newspaper delivery boy, and a stripper.

Love That Makes You Cry
Follows the story of love, friendship and growth of six young men and women who move from countryside to the big city of Tokyo, each with their own dreams and aspirations. Among them is Sugihara Oto and Soda Ren. After her mother died, Oto was raised by adoptive parents in Hokkaido. Although she has given up on having any high hopes or big dreams for her future, she still remains positive and faces life with optimistic attitude. One day, she finds out the fact that her adoptive parents are planning to marry her to the wealthy man in town in order to solve their financial debt. Villain: Perpetrator Chase Investigation
Saeki Shuichi was a detective, but he quit his job. He now works at a detective agency. One day, a couple asks the detective agency to find a man named Sakagami. The man killed the couple's son and served at a youth detention center. Kogure Masato is the director of the detective agency. He tells Shuichi to work on the case. Shuichi is also part of a victim's family. When he was a child, his older sister was murdered. While Shuichi watches Sakagami, the couple asks him to find some materials which will allow them to forgive Sakagami or not.

Kinshicho Paradise
This work is an ensemble drama in which three cleaners who specialize in erasing the dirt of the past, and a reporter who exposes the mistakes of the past. In Kinshicho, Sumida Ward, Tokyo, at the house cleaning shop “Seiriseiton,” three childhood friends work together: Kaku Kento portrays the president Kinomoto, Emoto Tokio as the wheelchair bound Yu-chan, and their junior colleague. They clean places with complicated backgrounds, such as the company ruined by a young enterpeuner who was seen as “The Emperor’s New Clothes;” the home of a couple who lost their daughter to bullying ten years ago, and the Filipino pub where a childhood friend worked. Don't Call It Mystery
University student Kuno Totono is the type who constantly questions what is taken for granted in society and develops his own theories based on his vast knowledge and unique set of values. One day in autumn, the police come to see him. His university schoolmate has been murdered at a park nearby and the police apparently regard Totono with suspicion. He is asked to come with them for questioning. In the interrogation room, the police are manipulated by Totono who tends to digress from the topic and poke at their contradictions. He even correctly guesses that one of them is troubled about not getting along with the wife and ends up giving advice. However, Totono’s fingerprints are eventually discovered on the murder weapon.

Suspect X
A male corpse is discovered with a smashed face and burned hands. Strangely, the cause of death is determined to be strangulation.
