Hitomi Sanae is a Japanese double and actress. She has worked in several Tokusatsu series as a double: She was the first woman who managed to work 3 years in a row after Yuuki Ono. She can also be seen in Juuken Sentai Gekiranger, playing Lily, one of the three thief sisters in episode 36.
