Satsumi Matsuda (松田 颯水, Matsuda Satsumi, July 17, 1993) is a Japanese voice actress from Takatsuki City, Osaka Prefecture. She is affiliated with Arts Vision. She is the twin sister of Risae Matsuda (松田 利冴), whose date of birth differs one day.
