Arai Shizuka is a voice actress (seiyuu) born August 17 in Tokyo, Japan. She is currently affiliated with Feathered. In the past she has used different stage names; Houjou Shizuka (北条静香) and Arai Shizuka written in kanji. Shirai Ayano is her alias as an adult game/anime voice actress.
