Santa Maria della Salute

The film narrates a tormented love story between one of the most famous poets of Serbian literature, Laza Kostic, renowned for his sublime poetic puns and word coining and an enchanting young girl by the name of Lenka Dundjerski, an educated and refined daughter of a landowner Lazar Dundjerski. Standing in the way of their love is the insurmountable age gap between the two, as Kostic is 29 years older than his beloved one. The affair inspired one of the most sophisticated and tender love poems of the time, an utmost expression of yearning, in which the poet's unflinching devotion is linked to his admiration for a Venice basilisk by the name of Santa Maria della Salute.

Wounded Eagle

Ranjeni orao was a Serbian television show produced in 2008 and aired on RTS1 during late 2008 and early 2009. The 17 episode series is based on the 1936 novel "Ranjeni orao" by Serbian author Mir Jam. Once Upon a Time in Serbia

During and after World War II, two young men and two young ladies had very different destinies. Dine was taken to Paris by the Allies where he learned how beautiful life can be under the bright lights of a Metropolis. Cone, after suffering amnesia, was taken to Manchester, the industrial capital of the world where thick fabric smoke taught him how hard work pays off. Euphoric of the victory in the War and infected by the spirit of freedom and progress which they felt on the Front, they come home to their run-down hometown of Leskovac. Dine returns to his now non-existent movie theater and Cone to his fiancee, who after 5 long years of waiting has unwillingly promised her hand to a war profiteer. Cone will try to win-back his old lover, whereas Dine will seek a new one. And so begins the fight between the "old" and the "new" in every respect; since for great deeds, only a little bit of true love is necessary.

The Roots

The story of fictional Katić family. Vukašin returns home from the studies in France to tell his father Aćim and brother Đorđe that he plans to marry the daughter of his father's political opponent and enemy.
