30 Years of Democracy

Two journalists born in the mid '80s decide to take a look back at how their country changed in the last 30 years since the fall of communism. The end product is a documentary containing footage of political events and historical milestones significant to Romania accompanied by a narrator's voice walking the viewer through the events, and also interviews with Romanian politicians and other influential public figures sharing their thoughts and their different views on those events.

A film adaptation of Aurel Baranga. A satire that targets the careerism, licentiousness and imposture of some people with "positions of responsibility", who make their position a means of parvenire.

Mamaia

The movie tells the story of Matilda, an old woman that has to fight against a real-estate mogul in order to save her house. Tanase is a ruthless businessman who built his fortune on scamming people and evicting them from their homes. When he wants to kick Matilda out of her house, his luck comes to an end as the seemingly nice old lady manages to defend her property.

Uncle Marin, the Billionaire

At a swanky hotel in a Black Sea resort, Gogu, one of the hotel employees, meets his uncle Marin, an Oltenian peasant who has come to visit. Gogu says he can sneak Marin into the hotel, as one of the rooms is empty awaiting the arrival of an American billionaire, Mr. Juvett. Marin is amazed by the revealing clothing worn by women at the resort, while the hotel guests are fascinated by his quaint peasant costume. In the hotel room, Marin is perplexed by the various gadgets. Meanwhile, the gangsters learn that Juvett has arrived at the hotel. Juvett is the father of the kidnapped girl, and is coming to pass over a million dollar ransom. A rival gang, who know about the kidnapping, plan to take the ransom for themselves. They follow Marin, believing him to be Juvett.

Hurry Slowly

An important man, always in a hurry, but especially when behind the wheel, runs over a strange pedestrian: a young globe-trotting, absent-minded young man who is treading firmly, but in the wrong place, on the wide road. After hesitating for a moment, the man behind the wheel turns back to the scene and can't find his victim. Out of nowhere, however, the victim appears in the man's life, upsetting an entire family with dramatic and comic-sentimental entanglements.
