To celebrate his promotion, a manager (Javier Portales) decides to summon his brother from the field, but as he did not stop making disasters he sends him back. His brother (Jorge Porcel) is not convinced and dazzled by an advertisement decides to set up an investigation office.

The authorities at an adult education center (called CACHADA) are about to receive an inspection that worries them. Furthermore, the school's benefactor, Amalita Fortaviene (a parody of the millionaire philanthropist Amalia Lacroze de Fortabat), arrives, bringing with her the Loma Blanca soccer team (a parody of Club Loma Negra, represented by their River Plate jerseys) to compete against CACHADA (who wear Boca Juniors jerseys). Winning this match is crucial for resolving all the entanglements presented in the film.
