Takumi Yamazaki (山崎 たくみ, Yamazaki Takumi; born April 14, 1964) is a Japanese voice actor (seiyuu) and sound director born in Tokyo, Japan. Formerly affiliated with Production Baobab, he currently is the representative director of T.S.P. His real name is Isao Yamazaki (山崎 功, Yamazaki Isao).

Brave Police J-Decker is the fifth series of the anime television meta Brave series which aired in Japan during 1994 and 1995.
