Biography
Tobias Huss (born December 9, 1966) is an American actor. He portrayed Artie in the Nickelodeon series The Adventures of Pete & Pete (1993–1996), performed voice-over work on the animated series King of the Hill (1997–2010, 2025–present), voicing the characters Kahn Souphanousinphone and Cotton Hill in the initial run of the series, and then replacing Johnny Hardwick as the voice of Dale Gribble in the revival series, and was Felix "Stumpy" Dreifuss on HBO's Carnivàle (2003–2005).
