The Actor and the Savages
Toma Caragiu plays Costica Caratase character inspired by the personality of the great actor Constantin Tanase. The action takes place in the interwar period and focuses on the conflict between actor and Iron Guard movement ("savages") offended by a satirizes artistic performances. Film question the artist's freedom of expression and the danger posed by his involvement in social issues existing in a dictatorship world.

Operation 'The Monster'
A group of five work colleagues leave for an expedition in the Danube Delta, without letting their wives know anything about it. Going fishing and hunting, the characters end up in the funniest and ridiculous situations.

Penelope's Condition
A reinterpretation of the Greek legend of Penelope, ”the most faithful of wives”, who waited 20 years for her husband Odysseus to return from The Trojan War. In this animation, the two of them are presented in a more modern setting. While Odysseus is busy exploring the universe in his space rocket, Penelope is stuck at home, taking care of the children, showing how traditional gender roles say men should work, while women stay at home.

I Don't Want to Get Married
In a textile factory, the cultural supervisor falls in love with a typist. To impress her, he pretends to be friends with a famous composer whose operetta was to be performed by the company's artistic brigade. However, the typist, an uneducated woman, sees him only as a means to become the protected one of an influential person.

The Premiere
In the Free Theater (Teatrul Liber) of Bucharest, the actors and crew prepare a new show, with the play "Disguise" ("Travesti"). After the opening night, which is only partly successful, they reach the conclusion that, along the years, they came to the mistake of also disguising this true feelings, becoming hypocrites, and this has a negative effect to their stage performances too.

After a spectacular escape plotted by Anița, Răspopitul and Parpanghel, Captain Anghel sets off once again on the money trail. Kidnapping Caliopi, Șaptecai demands the jewels her husband Ianis bought in Vienna in exchange for her release. After a series of spectacular events, Anghel succeeds in stealing Lady Ralu's precious dowry.
