Yasumichi Kushida (櫛田泰道, Kushida Yasumichi) was a Japanese voice actor. He started acting in 2003 and, up until his death, was affiliated with Mausu Promotion, with his talent agency managed by: Katsuta Voice Actor's Academy. He graduated from Tokyo Announce Gakuin Performing Arts College. Kushida died on April 1, 2023, at the age of 46.

Inspired by a small-statured pro volleyball player, Shouyou Hinata creates a volleyball team in his last year of middle school. Unfortunately the team is matched up against the "King of the Court" Tobio Kageyama's team in their first tournament and inevitably lose. After the crushing defeat, Hinata vows to surpass Kageyama. After entering high school, Hinata joins the volleyball team only to find that Tobio has also joined.

Initially at odds with each other, the two form an oddball combination and fight together with the other members of the volleyball club.
