Rojbash
Rojbash is the story of a group of Kurdish actors, coming together to restage a play from 25 years ago. Their journey straddles between the play, their dreams and the reality. For Kemal who dedicated his life to Kurdish theatre, political conditions of Kurdish language today, is worse than 25 years ago. In response, he decides to call his actor friends scattered around the world, to restage their old play Rojbash. Intertwining daily life with rehearsals and lines from the play, their clamorous days begin.

Momê
A Kurdish woman as a suspect of terrorism: the exciting political thriller deeply depicts the racist surveillance system in Turkey. The young Kurdish woman Arjin is under surveillance by the Turkish intelligence service. Her offense: She housed another Kurdish woman for one night, who then disappeared without a trace. Every step of Arjin and her friend Sidar is monitored from now on. When Ramo, a secret service worker of Kurdish origin, claims to have found evidence that Arjin and Sidar are involved in the planning of a suicide bombing in Istanbul, the ugly face of the Turkish government is uncovered.

Hêvî
The little deaf and dumb boy Zeyno (9) is living with his father Mustafa (42) and elder brother Çeto (20) in their house far from the village. Zeyno spends all his time by playing with his cute sheep. His father Mustafa who can’t earn as well as he used to, decides to livestock by insist of his friends. Çeto helps an animal dealer called Emin (35) who he met in the town, and starts earning his own money. After some works Çeto trusts Emin and introduces him to his father. Zeyno is getting worried about his sheep after his dad starts selling livestock with Emin. Emin is going to make a big deal of animals with Mustafa and buys his all animal. A big transporitng of animals will be done. Zeyno’s beloved sheep is also among them. Zeyno how is very sad about his sheep, is now looking a way of saving his cute sheep and zeyno will be in a hide and difficult struggle.

The Bread Season
“The Bread Season” takes place today in the Kurdish city of Amed (Diyarbakir), located within present day eastern Turkey. Working class life is a daily struggle that places enormous pressure on the family and familiar relationships. This film follows the experiences of one such family and its members: Mahmoud, the father; Fatma, the mother; and Azad, their son, as they survive and dream of different ways of living while stuck in the open hostility of their family relationship.
