Born and raised in Tokyo at 54.4% of Tokyo's population. Approximately half of the people have moved to Tokyo for some reason. Meanwhile, in 2022, the number of people moving out in Tokyo's 23 wards exceeded the number of people moving out of the country, and the number of people moving out of the country for the first time is "overflow," showing signs of change in the Tokyo concentration. This program focuses on people who come and leave Tokyo, and closely follows the process of moving. What are people thinking and what circumstances will they come to Tokyo? And why are you leaving Tokyo? This is a documentary program that explores the "turning point in life" of moving.
