The Navy 500 years – half a millennium of seas, people and conflicts is a documentary series in seven parts with the sea as the protagonist. The series is about the defense branch the navy and its activities in peace, crisis and war. In addition, the story of why the navy was created and the importance of the sea for Sweden, Swedish interests and its welfare is depicted.
