TAI-KWAN experiences another time travel journey and reaches the year 2018. He learns from the news that YAT-BO has become Dynasty Group CEO. KA-YIU is disappointed by YAT-BO’s motion to expel FUNG-KIU from the board. TAI-KWAN learns from TIN and WAI-TAI since his disappearance, WAI-CHI suddenly took a three-month leave and went on holiday. CHEUK WAH took over management of Dynasty. When WAI-CHI returned from her vacation, she was expelled from the board by CHEUK WAH, who then appointed YAT-BO as Dynasty Group CEO. CHEUK WAH and SIU-TUNG went to many places in the Mainland for business promotion, but SIU-TUNG could not endure the demanding itinerary and fell ill. He even lost his sense of smell. He quietly left Fung Ming Gui and disappeared without a trace. TIN and his people hoped to continue in the catering business and changed Fung Ming Gui into a hotpot restaurant……

On the way to Fung Ming Gui, YAT-BO bumps into ZHANG CHENG, who is following his phone’s GPS. YAT-BO lies to ZHANG CHENG by saying CHONGHUAN is so stubborn that he insists on returning to Ming dynasty and leaves them behind. YAT-BO thinks it is a rare opportunity to meet ZHANG CHENG in the modern world, so he offers to take him to sample western food. But ZHANG CHENG insists on killing CHONGHUAN first. YAT-BO realizes his plan is not working and comes up with another idea of using a car to run down ZHANG CHENG. But ZHANG CHENG uses his combat prowess to foil YAT-BO’s alternative plan, even causing YAT-BO to nearly have an accident. YI-SAN gives WAI-CHI mandala jade pendant, which is an imperial heirloom given to her by Crown Prince as an earnest gift. The pendant signifies the presence of the Emperor. Anyone seeing the pendant must kneel down to show respect and ZHANG CHENG should be no exception and behave himself……

WAI-CHI prepares to reopen Fung Ming Gui and declares KA-HIN to be the head chef. CHEUK WAH and YAT-BO point out Fung Ming Gui’s takings in the past three months were not ideal and Dynasty should take over management. CHEUK WAH reveals World Dragon Group has bought his shares at twice the market price, so World Dragon will soon become Dynasty’s majority shareholder. However, YAT-BO can continue to work for Dynasty. ZHANG CHENG knows SIU-TUNG in in fact eunuch WEI ZHONG-XIAN and threatens SIU-TING to bring YI-SAN to see him, or otherwise, he will reveal SIU-TUNG’s secret. TAI-KWAN and WAI-CHI try to convince FUNG-KIU to sign share transfer form. The signed form can then lure CHEUK WAH to fall into the trap of kicking him out of the board. YAT-BO takes Chief YEUNG to see CHEUK WAH. CHEUK WAH orders YAT-BO to fetch some information in his car. While YAT-BO has gone, CHEUK WAH tells Chief YEUNG he can offer better terms to FUNG-KIU……

YI-SAN learns from the news YAT-BO has plunged down some building and rushes to the hospital. WAI-CHI goes to Dynasty and accuses CHEUK WAH of pushing YAT-BO and causing him to plunge down the building. CHEUK WAH explains CCTV system is not operating because the company’s security system is being reorganized, so he does not know how YAT-BO fell down the building. SIU-TUNG questions YI-SAN why she released ZHANG CHENG. YI-SAN replies she only wants ZHANG CHENG to kill CHEUK WAH. She will then send ZHANG CHENG back to Ming dynasty. WAI-CHI persuades TAI-KWAN to put aside his grudge against CHEUK WAH and concentrate on making KA-HIN chairman as the top priority in the overall plan of expelling CHEUK WAH. CHEUK WAH busily contacts all directors. On the way to Dynasty, CHEUK WAH’s car is blocked by TAI-KWAN. CHEUK WAH leaves behind his bodyguard to fight TAI-KWAN and goes on his way……

WAI-CHI brings history books and computer to hospital for YAT-BO’s use. After going through ZHANG CHENG’s details, YAT-BO is prepared to rewrite his history. One night before board meeting, CHEUK WAH notices ZHANG CHENG still indulges in computer games. He becomes anxious and sternly reminds ZHANG CHENG to kill KA-HIN. ZHANG CHENG eventually wins a game and casually goes to the FONG household. WAI-CHI tells ZHANG CHENG fate has brought him to the modern world. He should understand if he had stayed in Ming dynasty, his destiny would have been very different. WAI-CHI then takes ZHANG CHENG to a bookshop and finds a history book for him to read. This is the same book which WAI-KEI once left behind. WAI-CHI points out that ZHANG CHENG was appointed as Defense Minister by the Emperor. With the support of the people, he ascended the throne and became Eunuch Emperor……

TAI-KWAN is surprised by the news about ZHANG CHENG returning to Ming dynasty. YAT-BO reckons for the good of Ming dynasty, continuing to stay in the modern world is the ideal solution for everybody. Killing ZHONG-XIAN is still TAI-KWAN’s top priority. SIU-TUNG admits he is ZHONG-XIAN, but as long as he has not returned to Ming dynasty, there is no problem of endangering the dynasty. TAI-KWAN and YAT-BO endlessly argue about whether to return or not. TAI-KWAN eventually breaks off with YAT-BO and SIU-TUNG. WAI-CHI asks to see TAI-KWAN, who is deeply touched by her heartwarming words. TAI-KWAN dumps mandala jade pendant into the mud and the pendant promptly vanishes. Fung Ming Gui reopens in January 2019. KA-HIN reinstates TAI-KWAN’s trio. While leaving Dynasty premises, YI-SAN and TAI-KWAN’s trio use the lift, but it suddenly stops……
