Four bachelor friends - Nikhil (Sumeet Vyas), Subbu (Naveen Kasturia), Kavi (Amol Parashar) and Sanki (Ashish Verma) are ecstatic when they find a 4 B.H.K at a measly rent in a city like Mumbai. But, little did they know that they would be sharing their amazing new flat with a newly acquired roommate who happens to be a ghost. Life gets further complicated when the beautiful Mausam (Swara Bhasker) comes for their housewarming party, after-which begins the comedy of horrors.

Due to a string of terrible life decisions the four boys find themselves without a flat or money and are living in their car. Kavi sees someone at office who is more interesting to him than his plants. Irfan bhai finally gets the boys a possible flat, a dreamlike 4 BHK! But there’s a catch! Can the boys keep their pants on till they get possession of the flat?
2. Jo Aaega Wo Jaega
The boys have learnt little from their past. Sanki throws a grand housewarming cum Diwali party and introduces a little mayhem in their professional lives. Mausam comes for the party but Kavi misses his chance. The new flat shows its true colors and throws an unpleasant surprise at them.

The cops and the building owner Malik Singh are hard pressed to find and excuse to kick the boys out on the streets. Their lives overturned, the boys unwillingly return to the flat. Mausam has been turned out by her paranoid roommates and she comes to live with the boys. There’s another dead body in the flat and a lost friend pays them a visit.
4. Ram Naam Satya Hai
The boys have to dispose off the dead body and Tarini finally returns from London to meet Subbu. Nikhil is being forced into getting married but the cops have found a bedsheet in the trunk of their car. The heat is turned on the boys as they hold on by a thread. Mausam, Tarini and Natasha go out for a bachelorette party.
5. Saiyan Mercedez Humre
As the boys and the girls prepare for the wedding at the flat. The cops get the DNA results confirming their suspicions. Shukla ji pays his tenants a visit and old memories come to the fore. The cops have found the perfect reason to get the boys evicted and they arrive just as the marriage officer does. Can anything ever work for the bachelors?
