On the Hawaiian island of Kauai, people in need of medical care for their pets often turn to Dr. Scott Sims. The owner of Pegasus Veterinary Clinic, located in his Kilauea home, Dr. Sims and assistants Dia and Ella keep busy treating a wide variety of domestic and wild animals. He makes "house" calls, too -- on beaches and mountainsides, in the water and jungle -- traversing wild, rural and oceanic Kauai topography. "Aloha Vet" profiles a man whose phone is rarely silent. With a heart of gold, Dr. Sims works long hours helping animals that walk, crawl, fly and swim.

1. Rude Awakening

Dr. Scott flies to a neighboring island to help a new client whose dog has been hit by a car; yet again, Scott's plane is a life saver.

2. Eyes Wide Shut

A horse with a cracked tooth in need of extraction; an endangered coot; a blind pig; a goat that cannot pee.

3. Swimming With Sharks

Getting up close and personal with some sharks on Oahu; birthday celebrations are cut short by an emergency surgery.

4. Last Resort

Dr. Scott Sims gets down and dirty, dealing with blood, billy goats and a mysterious shrunken bull.

5. Hog Wild

Scott finds his hands full on the island with trimming beaks, draining growths and stitching up hunting dogs.

6. Trouble in Paradise

Dr Scott helps a chicken with an infected eye, and heads to surgery to save the life of a horse with colic.

7. Big Island, Big Problems

Dr Scott catches some feral cats, helps to save a horse that has been neglected, and finds a way for a two legged dog to keep on the move.

8. My Chicken Ate What?

Dr Scott's assistants organise a surprise luau to make-up for his missed birthday, but must find a way to get him to the party without him knowing.
