Fisya, an energetic student suddenly caught up in a complicated fate. After losing his first love, Fisya instead engaged to Alif, her successor lecturer who was curt. But it turns out love comes in a way they didn't expect.
1. Episode 1
Fisya has been convinced that Jidan, his best friend since childhood, has the same feelings for him. One day, Jidan invited Fisya to talk something serious. Fisya was happy because she thought Jidan would express his feelings. Unfortunately, Jidan apparently asked for Fisya's support and blessing to propose to Salsya, Fisya's sister. Fisya is broken hearted.
2. Episode 2
Fisya is confused whether to explain her feelings towards Jidan to Salsya or not. When she has the chance, but she loses her focus and instead finds herself talking about their father (Abi Hussein), who she despises. Meanwhile, Jidan is getting close to Salsya…
3. Episode 3
Having Alif as her lecturer surely annoys Fisya. But if it wasn't for his many assignments, perhaps Fisya’s wouldn’t be able to get Jidan out of her head. As if it isn't painful enough for Fisya, Salsya accepts Jidan's marriage proposal and Fisya is distraught.
4. Episode 4
Fisya tries to focus on things other than Jidan and Salsya's marriage. She believes that running away as far as possible would be the best way to achieve that. That's why she tries as hard as she can to get a scholarship abroad. Her scholarship preparation gives her plenty of time together with Alif, as he's one of the lecturers that determines her scores for the scholarship. We see Alif gets more comfortable having Fisya around and Fisya is super focussed. But just then she learns about her father’s heart condition…
5. Episode 5
Meanwhile, Jidan is confused. Do he really love Salsya and not Fisya instead? Meanwhile on the other side of the story, Fisya sets her mind to get the scholarship abroad in spite of knowing about Abi Hussein's condition. Still, she realizes she must put their past aside and spend quality time with Abi Hussein as his final moment approaches. Alongside her sadness at Abi Hussein's condition and her confusion about Jidan and Salsya, not to mention her stress over the scholarship, Alif comes to ask for her hand in marriage.
6. Episode 6
Though the truth is becoming difficult to run away from, Jidan tries to dismiss his feelings for Fisya. On her part, Fisya assertively forbids Salsya to undo her marriage when she finds out how Fisya feels about him. It’s a secret Jidan never discovers for himself. Meanwhile, Alif moves away to a new job as he believes Fisya will not accept his proposal.
7. Episode 7
Jidan wonders about Fisya's feelings towards him when he notices she treats him differently after his marriage to Salsya. Unable to control his curiosity, he impulsively asks Fisya if he’s right – but she says no. Fisya, on the other hand, needs to let go of Abi Hussein even though they have now grown closer. Fisya tries to bring happiness to his last moments in this world by letting him go while she's already entrusted to another man. That man is Alif.
8. Episode 8
Salsya asks Jidan for a divorce when she realizes Jidan has fallen for Fisya – but he refuses. Alif constantly annoys Fisya with his cold and ignorant nature. But she’s intrigued when she finds out more about his past…
9. Episode 9
News of Alif and Fisya's marriage spreads throughout campus. Meanwhile, Fisya is overwhelmed by her final thesis. Alif comes to the rescue and volunteers to become her thesis advisor. Salsya wisely offers Jidan to part ways as she understands how he feels towards her sister. But as it turns out, Salsya is pregnant.
10. Episode 10
Alif is frustrated fulfilling his new duties as Fisya's advisor. He demands so much focus from her that one day Fisya faints from exhaustion. Meanwhile, Salsya is grateful to find Jidan treating her so well when he finds out that she's pregnant. Growing closer, Alif and Fisya make love for the first time. But all is not quite right with Fisya and her fainting was the start of something more serious…
11. Episode 11
Learning about her critical medical condition and worrying about her future with Alif, Fisya changes her behavior towards him in the hope that Alif will divorce her (and be happier for it). But no, she fails. Until one day, Fisya sparks a disagreement between them that forces Alif to agree for a divorce without him knowing Fisya’s real reason (her condition). It is a volatile situation, and potentially life-threatening. Fisya cannot bear to think of leaving Alif behind to grieve for her when death comes for her in the end.
12. Episode 12
Fisya concentrates on her treatment after her divorce from Alif. Meanwhile, Alif struggles to forget his beloved Fisya. Fisya, now wearing a Hijab, is surprised to encounter Alif again some time later. Jidan makes a bold move and lets Alif know about Fisya's true medical condition as he doesn’t believe it is right to keep this from him.
13. Episode 13
Alif wishes to reconcile with Fisya. Fisya asks if Alif will perform her surgery. Alif grants her wish although he knows it will be unethical for him to do this. It’s forbidden, especially now that he has transferred to another hospital. Alif will face all the consequences and carry the burden for the rest of his life if he's the one to perform the surgery – and fails. But as it turns out, miracles really do happen. Alif fights hard to keep hold of Fisya, and Fisya refuses to let fate take her away from the man she loves so dearly…
