Seasons
1. Episode 1
Atef, a fresh graduate from the Faculty of Medicine, goes to receive the decision to assign him, then he is surprised that the place of his assignment is located in a health unit in the village of (Tarshuk al-Lif). He travels there to submit a grievance request for his transfer, but the first situation he encounters is the death of the director of the health unit.
2. Episode 2
Atef finds himself appointed as director of the health unit, and then begins to take over management duties, and is exposed to many comedic situations and paradoxes with the village employees and patients.
3. Episode 3
Atef gives birth to one of the women, then moves to live in the doctors' residence, and starts exploring the unit and getting to know the rest of the staff, but he bumps into Samir because of his jealousy over the admiration relationship that began to emerge between Atef and Hajar.
4. Episode 4
A huge fire occurs in a house next to the health unit, then Samir steals Atef's seal, while Sheikh Marzouk comes and puts out the fire in a surprising way.
5. Episode 5
Atef and Abdel-Badi go to a wedding in the village, and there a person suffers from a health problem, but Sheikh Marzouk saves him. An official visits the unit to conduct an educational seminar, but then Atef is kidnapped by unknown persons.
6. Episode 6
Atef finds himself detained in Sheikh Marzouk's house, then puts something strange in his tea that makes him act strange. Meanwhile, Sameer continues to court Hajar. Then Atef and Hajar sneak into Sheikh Marzouk's house to spy on him, and they fall into another trouble.
7. Episode 7
Atef and Hajar try to recover the stolen laptop with the help of Ramadan. Atef discovers that Samir is charging extra fees for patients, and they have a heated argument, then Hajar scolds Atef for his inability to solve problems.
8. Episode 8
The electricity is cut off in the village, and Atef, accompanied by Abdel Badie, is trying to transport the vaccinations so that they do not spoil. Samir forges a penalty decision for Kawthar, which causes her to quarrel with Atef. Then the police raid Sheikh Mabrouk's house, and he thinks that Atef is the one who ratted him out.
