1. Fain Would I Climb

Training for 25 potential Royal Marines Mountain and Arctic Warfare Cadre begins.

2. Red in Tooth and Claw

Living off the land isn't as easy as it looks, so a bit of scavenging helps.

3. Faint, Yet Pursuing

Five days into a survival course on the Hebrides, and still no food.

4. Now You Don't

Death is just part of the job, so don't hesitate if the enemy comes into sight.

5. Brother to Dragons, Companion to Owls

'Direct action' - break into a fort and plant high explosives on a radio mast.

6. The Ice is All Around

The final stage of training - a 200 mile yomp through the snow - easy!

7. The End is Where We Start From

The trainees complete their recruitment course and discover if they have passed.
