As the heir to a large company, Han Tae-hee has everything he could possibly want - except for his long-lost love. In the process of falling in love with his "creation", he discovers that even though it appears that money can buy just about everything, it can't buy love or heal emotional scars.

A beautiful, eccentric woman embarks on a search for Sa Geum-ran, a fat housewife who rejected a chance at full-body plastic surgery to make her "beautiful."

Lee Kang-joon and Gyo Chae-yeon announces their upcoming wedding. Geum-ran becomes "Sara" to seduce Kang-joon and break the relationship apart.
3. Episode 3
Geum-ran tries to have a one-night stand with Kang-joon. Chae-yeon confronts her about her affair and warns to back away.
4. Episode 4
Geum-ran suspects a conspiracy behind her death and enters the Lee household to investigate.
5. Episode 5
Kang-joon and Chae-yeon have their wedding early. Geum-ran and Han Tae-hee conspire to enter the couple's lives and ruin them.

Tae-hee is confused by his new-found feelings for Geum-ran, while Geum-ran reconciles with her ex-husband and destroys his family.

Tae-hee and Geum-ran spend their first day together as a couple. Kang-joon finds out where Sara's secret man is.

Geum-ran enters the Birth of a Chef cooking competition. Chae-yeon makes up with Kang-joon, and retaliates.

Kang-joon takes Geum-ran to a hotel after her allergy attack, and Kang-joon's family hears that their former daughter-in-law may be alive.

Geum-ran figures out how to respond to Tae-hee's marriage proposals. Meanwhile, Kang-joon pieces together who Sara really is.
15. Episode 15
Tae-hee and Geum-ran plan their wedding. Kang-joon and Chae-yeon will stop at nothing to make sure they don't marry.
16. Episode 16
Geum-ran stays by Tae-hee's side throughout his recovery, while the people around them urges her to break up with him.
17. Episode 17
Geum-ran returns to her mother's hometown instead of going abroad. The men in her life set out to find her one by one.
18. Episode 18
Geum-ran inadvertently joins forces with Min-hyeok against Tae-hee. Kang-joon finds himself hitting rock bottom as he loses his family's support.
19. Episode 19
Min-hyeok forces Geum-ran to cut off all contact with Tae-hee. Pushed into a corner, Geum-ran had no choice but to use her last resort.
20. Episode 20
Tae-hee and Geum-ran get back together to bring down their enemies. Geum-ran books a talk show to be interviewed by Chae-yeon.
21. Episode 21
To marry Geum-ran, Tae-hee needs Kang-joon to sign divorce papers. Min-hyeok plots to kill Tae-hee.
