Blood-Stained Intrigue
The series started off with the Bak family being hunted down by the people of the martial arts world. They are a well-known family and consist of 5 members: the father--Bak Fung Tin, the mother, and their 3 children: Jin Man, Yuk Ying, and Jin Mo. Fung Tin was said to have murdered the leaders of 4 powerful sects, so the head of the martial arts world ordered that his whole family be killed.

Pal Feng-tien is accused of killing the Chiefs of the Shaolin, Wu Tang, 0-mei and Hua Shan clans. Offering the four clans' kung fu as the bait, Chi Pu-fan orders the various clans to pursue and kill the Pai family. The Pai's family of 5 scatters and flees. In their desperation, Yu-ying remembers how her father moved out mysteriously and becomes shaken in her conviction of his innocence. Suspected by his own children. Feng-tien tries to make them believe him, but fails to give details. When Chan-wu is unconvinced, he tells them how the incident happened. It appears that he was lured to the Misty Peak when the Chiefs of the four clans had been killed and hence, the misunderstanding by their pupils.… ...
