Bryan Inc.
After three spirited home builds as husband and wife, Bryan and Sarah Baeumler take on an entirely different relationship: boss and employee! In Bryan Inc., Sarah joins Bryan’s busy construction company as a Project Manager and together they will buy, renovate and sell two luxury homes. It’s a huge learning curve for Sarah as she juggles trades, inevitable construction delays and strict budgets. Bryan is depending on his wife to rise to the new challenge, and together they struggle to find the balance between the demands of work and four very active kids.

While Sarah adjusts to her new role with the company, Bryan goes out of town for work. Will she be able to manage the properties as well as their four kids on her own?
3. Level with Me
Bryan makes a game-changing decision about one of the properties. With both of their stress levels at a high, Sarah sets her sights on finding an assistant.
4. Going South
When one of the properties hits a huge roadblock, the Baeumler’s annual family vacation lies in the balance.
5. Frame Rate
While Bryan attempts to catch up on weeks of construction delays, Sarah struggles to keep her design preferences within the budget.
6. Animal House
Non-stop construction issues and design changes have Bryan and Sarah on edge. Sarah has a change of heart about their "wild" situation at home.
7. Hard Wired
Electrical work proves to be a volatile situation for Bryan, Sarah and their longtime electrician. Bryan has major concerns about a build's expanding budget.
8. Brexit
Communication breakdowns and budget stresses have Bryan and Sarah questioning their new business relationship. Sarah is out to prove herself as one of the builds comes to a dramatic end.
9. Stone Faced
The arrival of fall brings new family routines and hard construction deadlines for the Baeumlers. When Bryan makes an important design decision without consulting Sarah, a worker gets caught inthe their crossfire.
10. Tile by Jury
The escarpment continues to wreak havoc on the build, while a design choice of Sarah's sets progress back. Bryan meets a special fan.
11. Lining Up
Fall holidays and weather delays keep the Baeumlers on their toes as they problem solve constant issues at the finishing stage. A controversial install doesn't go as planned.
12. Stuck in the Mud
Bryan and Sarah attempt to finish the exterior of the house but site conditions hold up progress. A frustrated Paul deals with an electrical setback.
13. High(view) and Mighty
Bryan and Sarah complete the Highview build and determine whether this business venture was ultimately a success.
