Small town girl Tuesday takes the midnight train to Alba City, leaving home for her dreams. There, she sees city girl Carole singing on a bridge.
2. Born to Run
Top producer Tao begins working with Angela, who's yearned for a music career. Carole and Tuesday sneak into a concert hall to practice their song.
3. Fire and Rain
With some trepidation, Carole and Tuesday agree to take Gus on as their manager. He hatches a plan to get them featured by the famous DJ Ertegun.
4. Video Killed the Radio Star
Gus's next plan to get Carole and Tuesday their big break is to make a music video. He buys a weird film directing bot and asks his ex-wife for help.
5. Every Breath You Take
Tuesday's brother Spencer heads to Alba City to search for her. Gus implements Plan C: gigging for exposure! Starting with a one-song gig at a bar.
6. Life is a Carnival
Gus somehow gets Carole and Tuesday a gig on the main stage at a huge festival. The catch: they're a standby act for the famous, difficult Joshua.
7. Show Me the Way
If new media fails, go old school! Gus gets Carole and Tuesday to try out for the amateur singing show, Mars Brightest. Tao wants Angela on it too.

The duo make the cut for Mars Brightest, along with Angela and a Tuesday mega-fan named Cybelle. Now they just have to perform their very best!

Carole and Tuesday attend the Mars Brightest broadcast on their day off. Before she faces Angela, Cybelle makes a startling request of Tuesday.

The Mars Brightest semifinals begin with Ertegun as guest judge. Tao tells Angela to change her song, and Cybelle's visit raises Carole's suspicions.

One morning, Ertegun wakes up bankrupt: his AI manager stole all his money and vanished. Carole and Tuesday enter the studio, but Tobe's not happy.
18. Only Love Can Break Your Heart
While Ertegun and Tao squabble over her single, Angela tries to deal with a stalker. Tuesday meets with Kyle as her mother's campaign heats up.
19. People Get Ready
Tao offers to track down Angela's stalker once Dahlia tells him all about it. Things come to a head as Angela takes the stage at the Cydonia Festival.
20. Immigrant Song
Carole and Tuesday start rehearsing for their performance as Mars Grammy nominees. Tao runs afoul of the law just as Angela's replica is completed.
21. It's Too Late
With Tao arrested and her mother hospitalized, Angela is all alone. Carole and Tuesday struggle to come up with a song to close their album.
22. Just Like Heaven
A suggestion from Crystal inspires the duo to write a new song for their Grammys performance. Dahlia's condition puts Angela's attendance in doubt.
23. Don't Stop Believin'
After Skip gets arrested, the duo and their industry colleagues decide to create a supergroup song opposing Valerie's policies. Tao is still at large.
24. A Change is Gonna Come
Tao appears to tell Angela the truth. With Carole & Tuesday's first album finished, the supergroup performance is scheduled for New Year's Eve.
