Teenage orphan Joe Shimamura awakens on a surgical table with no memory of how he got there, but follows the advice of a strange voice in his head that helps him escape his island prison and robotic pursuers.

The 00 cyborgs are free, but fugitives from Black Ghost, the evil organization that created them.

3. The Assassin of Flash
The 00 cyborgs take shelter at the home of Dr. Koizumi, but soon realize they're not safe even there when Black Ghost sends the lightning-wielding 0010 to assassinate them.

4. At the End of the Battle
During a rematch with the powerful 0010, the cyborgs realize they've got double the trouble to deal with.

5. Tears of Steel
Albert Heinrich, 004, recounts his tragic tale before going off into battle against a giant Black Ghost assassin.

6. Search for the Professor
While searching for the missing Dr. Koizumi, Joe, Great Britain and Albert come across an old mansion that turns out to be a haunted deathtrap.

7. Defeat the Invisible Opponent
The 00 cyborgs go to Joe's hometown, Tokyo, and come up against a gigantic invisible opponent.

8. Friend
The invisible menace is still on the loose, controlled by the mysterious 0013, a Black Ghost cyborg who's branched off on his own.

9. Satan of the Deep Sea
The 00 cyborgs race a Black Ghost submarine to the bottom of the sea over possession of a sunken electronic brain.

10. Operation Auroras
Black Ghost operatives at the South Pole kidnap a scientist's daughter to force him to finish a device that neutralizes all weapons.

11. Christmas Eve Mirage
003 gets some R&R in her hometown of Paris, but soon finds herself in a hallucinatory nightmare.

12. Mystical Inhabited Island
005, 006 and 007 become stranded on an isolated island with an abandoned Black Ghost munitions plant.

13. London Fogs
On a short return trip to London, 007 revisits memories of being a rags-to-riches stage actor prior to becoming a cyborg.

14. Land of Reunions
Black Ghost is stirring up a civil war in 008's home country, the Republic of Muamba, and using soulless Cyborg Men as minions.

15. Goodbye, My Friend
008 discovers that the strongest Cyborg Man is his brainwashed best friend.

16. Breaking In
Skull gets serious about recapturing the 00 cyborgs and has his subordinates try to sink the Dolphin.

17. The Final Battle
While the cyborgs are on the loose in Black Ghost headquarters, 009 has a final confrontation with Skull.

18. Story of a Struggling Restaurant
In a rare time of peace, Chang Changku opens his own Chinese restaurant, but is a nervous wreck when a famous food critic drops by.

19. Hero
Jet Link moves back to NYC, where he regales a little buddy about his exaggerated cyborg exploits while recalling what his life was really like pre-cyborg

20. A Phantom Dog
Joe has a new pet dog that just might be responsible for a series of spontaneous combustion-like deaths.

21. Fossils of Evil
Jet, Joe and G-Junior investigate the dinosaur sighting claims of a supposedly reformed Black Ghost scientist in the American Southwest.

22. Attack of the Gods
The Mythos Arc opens with disasters all over the world and sightings of what seem to be the reincarnations of the Greek Gods of Mount Olympus.

23. Mythology Arises
The 00 cyborgs track the gods down to their island home in Greece, but 009 is defeated by the fiery Apollo.

24. Artemis
The cyborgs discover the true nature of the reborn Greek gods shortly before Artemis is murdered, a crime 009 is blamed for.

25. Mythos
The Greek gods make a last stand against the 00 cyborgs, while Dr. Gaia, a Black Ghost survivor, tries using their generator to destroy the world.

26. Gilmore's Notes
Dr. Gilmore takes a rare quiet afternoon to write in his journal and reflect about the 00 cyborgs, their enemies, and their future.

27. Little Visitors
The 00 cyborgs get involved when fugitive children from a parallel world arrive on Earth with their powerful pursuers not far behind.

28. The Awakening
The cyborgs return with the children to their world, where 002 tries to motivate them to use their own psionic powers against the invasion force.

29. The Blue Earth
A powerful blue leopard-like beast attacks oil refineries and construction sites all over the world until it has a run-in with 005 in what used to be his village.

30. Computopia
The team visits Computopia, a prototype city of the future run by a super-computer that becomes jealously murderous after getting a crush on 003.

31. Monster Island
Great Britain and Chang Changku happen across an island ruled by intelligent monsters that employ mindless zombies and giants.

32. Man or Machine?
Albert meets murderous doubles of himself in an old German castle.

33. Frozen Time
009 wakes up from routine maintenance to discover that he's stuck in Acceleration Mode, so to him, everyone else is frozen.

34. The Pharaoh’s Curse
Dr. Gilmore, 003 and 009 travel to Egypt, where they run afoul of a deadly virus that could be the curse of King Tut.

35. The City of Wind
The 00 cyborgs investigate phantom sightings of El Dorado, the city of gold.

36. The Frozen Land
The team comes across a giant cobra in rural Japan that might be responsible for the area's extreme weather conditions.

37. The Night of the Star Festival
In a small town in Japan, Joe encounters a little girl who claims to be a time traveler.

38. Black Ghost Lives
Dr. Gilmore thinks back on his own past, from first joining Black Ghost to the development of the cyborgs and his eventual betrayal of the organization.

39. The New Assassins
When four people with psionic powers try to eliminate the team, the cyborgs suspect Black Ghost is back.

40. Gamo's Revenge
The four mutants, led by the obsessed Dr. Gamo Wisky, attempt to send the cyborgs into a post-apocalyptic future.

41. Future Fury
009 and his adversary, Rina, are trapped in a dystopic future in which Black Ghost still exists.

42. To Tomorrow…
009 is reunited with his team in time to join their new allies against the psychotic, psionic mutant Kane and his sponsor, 001's father.

43. Old Friends
While investigating dinosaur-like creature attacks on the planet, Joe runs into old childhood friends who may not be so friendly anymore.

44. The Nightmare of Van Bogoot
As the Yomi arc continues, the team reluctantly takes in a young woman with amnesia, while 008 has mixed feelings after Dr. Gilmore saves his life at the expense of becoming even less human.

45. Good-bye, My Dolphin
With two telepathic sisters helping them, the 00 cyborgs discover the entrance to Yomi, the underground empire, but at the cost of the Dolphin.

46. The Underground Empire
In the underground empire, 009 is hypnotized and forced to attack his comrades, while Skull is back after being presumed dead.

47. Rise of the Demon
Black Ghost's giant statue wipes out the underground empire, while Van Vogt rounds up the traitorous telepathic sisters right before the helpless cyborgs' eyes.

48. From Here to Eternity
In the final episode of the Yomi arc, 009 fights Skull and the true masters of Black Ghost aboard their giant statue in space.
