Days of Honor - Powstanie

The uprising hangs in the air. In the German army there is growing skepticism about the future fate of war and Warsaw. Rainer is mocking the current plans of the army command. Bronek and Władek become commanders of AK platoons. Together with Michał and Janek they receive a special task - they are to pick up a courier from London with very important information for the command of the uprising. The action of taking out Lena from the Pawiak went away. Janek first sees his son, Jasia. Fearful of the fate of the family, Janek asks Romek to take his sister out of town.

A story about the fighting route of one branch. The last days of July 1944. Throughout Warsaw pull columns of German troops withdrawn from the eastern front. The city is growing. National Army officers debate the outbreak of the uprising. Janek, Bronek, Michał and Władek are assigned to a special company, which, during the uprising, is intended to be a cover for the Headquarters. Waiting for the announcement of the hours The commander of the company, Krawiec, orders Wladek to pick up a courier near Warsaw with instructions from the London government.

The W-hour finds insurgents in various places in Warsaw. Wladek's platoon arrived at the place of the grouping, to the factory in Wola. Bronek detachment cut off by Germans breaks through the ruins of the ghetto. Bronek's soldiers lie in the field of destruction of the German rkm. Apaczk pulls out, claiming he can handle the Germans only with a knife. Karkowski reports to Rainer about the planned attack on the police district. On Ochota there is an attempt to lynch the folksdjczach Knapikach. Krawiec orders an assault on German magazines.

Sadist general von Hackel arrives in Warsaw. Immediately proceeds to the pacification of the city. Wladek's platoon returns to the factory in Wola in the new panthers, provoking universal admiration. Young soldiers are excited, and soon they will be waiting for their first attack on the German positions in the school next door. Young insurgents are experiencing their first love. The platoon in which Janek and Bronek fight, supports the battalion "Zośka" in attack on the German tank. Slowinski appoints Michał a mission. Wanda and Apacz sister escort wounded insurgents.

Rainer is devastated by the development of the city. Pabst informs him that the Dirlewanger and RONA (Russian People's Liberation Army) brigade arrive in Warsaw. At the insurgents' headquarters in the factory in Wola, soldiers are preparing to attack a German prison in Gesia, where Romek Sajkowski is being held. Wladek's platoon moves into action with the aid of the battalion Zośka and with two German tanks. Mickiewicz decides to confess love to Zosia. The Germans are pacifying Warsaw. Russian collaborators gain a hospital. Wanda tries to hide the injured Celina.

Second week of uprising. After retiring from Wola, the Special Company "Oset" is stationed in a camp in the Old Town. Janek and Bronek discuss the code on the photographs of the engineer's portfolio. Stanisław, father of Tward from the battalion Zośka, finds Wanda in a hospital in Wolski. Residents of Helena's house are still being held by RONA soldiers. Lena likes one of them. In the hospital on Wola exhausted Celina meets a looter. Rainer organizes the management of the transition camp. He takes help to Woźniak. This is the first time she meets Emilia.

Half of August. Victims of air raids are buried in a cemetery in the Old Town. Krawiec issues orders to find volunteers for the fight. The fourth week of August 1944. In the Old Town's quarters, broken after the loss of his son, Krawiec issues orders. Bronek is given the task of bringing food back to Kampinos. Wladek is to reinforce one of the barricades that prepares for the German offensive. Michał wins Słowiński morphine. Bronka's platoon prepares to cross the canals to the north, to Żoliborz. Pabst visits Rainer, confessing that he met the woman of his life. For Celina, Pabst's care is increasingly dangerous

On the first days of September 1944, Jastrzab reported to Krawiec about the tragedy in the Old Town. If Krawiec does not give an order to avoid the shelter, the district will fall. The insurgent radio receives a signal from London. The Home Army was recognized as a veteran organization. Insurgents from the Special Company are stationed in the theater in the City Center. Michal sends Bronk Fibonacci, an encrypted message specialist, to break the engineer's code. Wilk announces that he is getting married to Milena the following day.

First days of September. The insurgent radio receiver intercepts the encrypted information from the Soviet radio. Courier, Captain Sergeiyev is to land at Powiśle at night. Wladek gets the job of taking the Russian. Sergeiyev gives information about planned help for the uprising - soon will be the landing of Soviet troops. Wilk has the impression that he once met a Russian officer. Slowinski orders Siwy to transport the AK archive outside Warsaw. Bronek and Michał try to unravel the code puzzle from the engineer's photos.

The tailor-made Tailor's Company holds the remnants of the house at Czerniakow. The Germans already have a third attack. Everyone knows that with such a small amount of armaments the insurgents do not last long. At the headquarters of the radio Michal again receives an unusual signal, suspected that these are instructions for Soviet agents. Rainer ponders over the Uprising archives, however, Pabst appears to be absent. Walter asks his friend for cyanide for himself and his beloved Hilde. Michał interrogates Koenig, one of the chiefs of the Abwehr division in Warsaw, a cipher specialist. Germany reads the Soviet message Konarski does not believe in what he hears.

In Czerniakow, the situation becomes critical. Fire support on the other side of the Vistula strikes Poles, not Germans. During the fire, Janek is injured. Wladek tries to force Sergei to another Berlinger landing. Orlice praises Michael for breaking the cipher used by the Red Army. Rainer is ordered to liquidate the transition camp. He orders Woźniak to personally supervise the transport of prisoners to other institutions. Wladek informs Bronka, Bolka and Janka about the necessary retreat from Czerniakow.
