When Seher becomes worried about İnci's health, she takes a risk and creates bigger trouble for them and realizes that they cannot carry this burden alone anymore. With the answers she gets from İnci, she knocks on the door of someone else who she thinks should bear the responsibility.

Exactly 7 years pass. What has happened in those 7 years... Despite everything, İnci managed to become a doctor and reunited with her Masal. She did not have to accomplish all this alone. She had the help of someone who was a very good father to her Masal. Although this helper angel is not the person of İnci's dreams, they live a happy life. But a new surprise awaits İnci. One cannot escape from one's past. Fate forces İnci to face her past again, and unfortunately, not everyone has the strength to overcome the burden of the past. Learning that Masal is his daughter, Mert confronts İnci again. Although İnci is angry with Mert, she is confused when she sees him. For Mustafa, who is a very good father to Masal, İnci and his daughter are everything to him. Mustafa, who is also afraid of losing İnci, meets Mert at the hospital. As the two look at each other like enemies, Mustafa wants to talk to Mert in a quiet place. Later, Mustafa returns home and apologizes to İnci with regret.
