Escape to the Chateau DIY
Many Brits have moved to France to buy crumbling French chateaus to renovate into stunning homes. This series follows their progress and sees them try to use their homes as a business for events, etc. In 2021, the program was renamed as "Chateau DIY".

Dick and Angel give Jonny a crash course in the dos and don'ts of chateau shopping.
2. Episode 2
Angel Adoree advises Brits Jonathan and Michael on how to make their chateau wedding business work, before they try to persuade an American couple to book a big money wedding.
3. Episode 3
Jonny and Ashley continue the search for their dream chateau, while Dick visits Philip and Angelina and helps them build a bridge at their property.
4. Episode 4
Dick Strawbridge searches for a stash of wine, said to be hidden by the Germans during the Second World War. Fiona starts renovating a dining room for a visit by the mayor.
5. Episode 5
It is crunch time for Jonathan and Michael who are facing their investors. Philip and Angelina host the big anniversary party, but broken toilets threaten to offend their 60 guests.
6. Episode 6
Dick Strawbridge follows the fortunes of Brit Mandy and her American business partner Steve, who have decided to build a swimming pool to entice more paying guests to their stunning cliff-edge chateau in the Dordogne. Desperate to increase income at his chateau, Michael invites Angel Adoree to help out with an experiment to do afternoon tea for the locals.

Billy and Gwendoline want to hire their chateau out for weddings, but things are not going to plan, while Clive and Tanith hold an open day at their hotel to win over the locals.

Billy, Gwendoline and Michael locate their heating problem, but it means Billy faces the tricky task of repointing the chimney 20 metres up - despite being scared of heights.

Paul and Karen rent out their chateau as a holiday gite, while Dick and Angel try to keep costs down when shopping for baths.

Billy and Gwendoline need help tracking down the wild boars causing chaos around their chateau. Paul continues the task of converting his water tower into an office.

At Billy and Gwendoline's chateau, Billy and his father try to level a patio so it can pass health and safety regulations. As Paul and Karen struggle to get the office conversion finished in time, a huge damaged pine tree needs to be cut down.

Tim and Margreeth run their chateau in Picardy as a B&B, but are also planning to sell timeshares and build an upmarket caravan park to expand the business.

Nicole visits Angel to ask her about wallpaper she found in her chateau. Tim and Margreeth prepare for Easter when their chateau will host 30 guests, but there are kitchen problems.

Nicole and Stephan make a drastic decision and prepare for a party to celebrate the renovation of the main hall, while, Paul and Alison make the final preparations for a wedding.

Stephanie wants to plant a romantic rose garden for her singles weekend, but she cannot operate the digger. Dick and Angel need to rescue a children's trampoline from their moat.
