1. Ice is Thicker than Water
Ludacris challenges teams of siblings to conquer their fears of cockroaches in Roachella and to take a trip to the morgue. But they must survive being trapped under ice to win $50,000.
2. Party Games
Ludacris puts together ultimate fear party games for teams of couples, who must bob for snakes, play "Fear Pong" and drive blindfolded to win the cash prize of $50,000.
3. Once Bitten, Twice Trapped
Ludacris challenges teams of roommates to get covered with Amazon creatures and conquer a mental mousetrap game. But in order to win $50,000 they must face being dragged to the bottom of a deep water tank.
4. Computer Bugs
Ludacris pushes best friends to face off agains computer bugs and confront their fear of drowning. But to win $50,000 they must scale a moving car carrying trailer and release a secured car.
5. Love is in the Air
Ludacris pits couples that are married, engaged, dating, and on a blind date, against each other to play a horrible guessing game in the dark, have an unforgettable meal for two, and then take a ride under a speeding helicopter.
6. The Struggle is Real
Ludacris puts lifelong friendships to the test as they face acid shooting beasts, face the fear of drowning and must save their cell phones hundreds of feet in the air. All to win the 50k.
7. Daters in the Dark
Couples in on-and-off relationships test their bonds; David Hasselhoff’s daughter wants to redeem the family name.
8. Helicopter Parents
Ludacris tests family bonds as parents and their kids compete for $50,000 by facing scorpions, leeches and the ultimate cord-cutting challenge.
9. Buried Alive
Ludacris pushes housemates to face off against lizards, text while being buried alive, and escape a car hanging over the edge of a cliff.
10. Sister Act
Ludacris sees if 4 teams of sisters can confront their fears and win 50k. But mystery creatures in the dark and a dumpster dive could tear their bond to shreds.
11. Ultimate Fear Workout
Fitness freaks face the ultimate workout. Included: roaches; a vending machine of crazy snacks; and a car crash.
12. The Old College Try
Ludacris takes teams of college students and schools them on fear. They must face hundreds of rats, a shocking maze, and a sinking car to win the 50k and prove that they are top of the class.
13. The Challenge vs. Shredders
In this special episode, cast members from "Shredders" and "The Challenge" compete to survive striking snakes and electric eels, play Skee-ball and eat a frozen ice cream bowl Fear Factor style and collect flags while suspended 100 feet in the air to win $50,000.
