Each weekend, three new food trucks compete for a chance to face off against the resident Rosehill food trucks to win a permanent spot. It takes fast ticket times, great personalities and showstopping food to impress Eddie, but the worst performing truck has to pull up stakes and head out of Rosehill for good.

1. The First Face Off at Rosehill

Host Eddie Jackson invites three of Houston's hottest food trucks to compete for a spot at his bustling Rosehill Beer Garden. Twin sisters who are serving up authentic Philly cheesesteaks are in fierce competition with two husband and wife teams who are starting a sensation with pink-themed tacos and getting rave reviews for their BBQ with a Cajun twist.

2. A New Kid on the Block

Host Eddie Jackson challenges three new trucks -- Antojitos BoriNic, Heffernan BBQ and Rosalyn's Hot Chicken --to make their best dish for an opportunity to go head-to-head against his three resident food trucks and earn a spot at Rosehill Beer Garden.

3. A Hard Fight to the Finish

Three up-and-coming food trucks -- Louise's Country Kitchen, What the Philly and Nom Tom Bot -- try to show host Eddie Jackson they have what it takes to succeed for a spot at his popular Rosehill Beer Garden.

4. A Fight for Redemption at Rosehill

Host Eddie Jackson invites Rosalyn's Hot Chicken back to Rosehill Beer Garden for a shot at redemption in a tryout with Seoulside Wings and Sloppy Dogg. They must impress Eddie for a chance to go head-to-head against his three resident food trucks.
