A not-so-willing Arvind Shukla gains admission into Trivenipur University and is favoured by the president of the college for hostel accommodation. Little does he know that he has entered a college known for the political rivalry between two leaders, Bindu Singh and Govind Maurya.

Welcomed by the seniors in the traditional manner, Arvind turns the tables and gives them a piece of his mind. From making new friends to understanding the dynamics of college politics, Arvind’s journey has just begun.

As love begins to bloom for Arvind, he warms up to the place he wasn't keen to set foot on. A man of values, Arvind slowly starts to become a part of the college's political web.

In a fraction of a second, Arvind's life takes a turn when he sees his first love committing suicide because of the humiliation she faces. Her actions were instigated by none other than the college president, Bindu Singh.

Govind Maurya schemes an alliance with Arvind due to pressure from the higher-ups in the political game. Projected as the reason for his girlfriend’s death, Arvind decides to take revenge on Bindu Singh with the help of Govind and his best friend, Ajay.

After Arvind shoots Bindu in his hostel room, Mrityunjay, a police officer, deduces that Bindu's murder was a personal vendetta and decides to destroy Arvind. Arvind’s revenge throws him into the dirty game of college politics, which is inescapable. Meanwhile, Govind Maurya, who has not taken the moves of the political higher-ups kindly, finds the initial seeds of jealousy towards Arvind sown in his mind.

Govind capitalises on Bindu's comatose state and threatens the road contractor to give him Bindu's share. Meanwhile, all the forces come together to get Arvind out from jail. Arvind, focusing on studying in jail for his upcoming exams, gets coaxed into meeting a dangerous criminal from Meerut, who becomes his new sworn enemy.

Arvind’s rising popularity in the university has started to concern Govind, who fears he will end up losing control. Govind decides to take matters into his own hands and destroys the college road but is caught by Mrityunjay. Govind’s impulsive act costs him the power to contest the election as President to none other than Arvind Shukla.

As Bindu recovers, Arvind, now a completely different person, finds himself part of a dirty game not liked by many. The threats in Arvind's life are bigger and greater than before.
