When a new office opens, an overly driven Brody does whatever it takes to get the coveted space, yet Jenny isn't amused by this competitive streak in him. Meanwhile, Harvard has a new female admirer.

4. The Gift
Brody buys an extravagant gift for Jenny, leaving her feeling uncomfortable and turning the downstairs crew against him. Meanwhile, Threepeat hopes for a bonus after purchasing matching Jet Skis.

5. Take Me Out to the Ballgame
Brody must make a choice when Jenny and Mansfield each invite him to the same baseball game. Elsewhere, Threepeat jockeys for position with Mansfield, and Harvard is in over his head at a company luxury suite.

6. If I Were a Rich Man
Jenny convinces Harvard, Derrick and Tori to invest with Brody, and soon the trio believe they're rich. Elsewhere, Brody and Threepeat are tasked to relay bad news to the firm's angriest clients, including a fuming John McEnroe.

7. Woman on Top
Brody's overly competitive ex-girlfriend arrives, drawing concern from Jenny. Elsewhere, the gang hits the stage for karaoke, and Mansfield tries to embrace his feminine side.

8. Dynamic Duo
Jenny fills in for Mansfield's assistant, but she must then care for an ill Mansfield, who proves to be the world's worst patient. Meanwhile, Brody attends the most important meeting of his life without Mansfield, and power goes to Harvard's head when he supervises the downstairs crew.

9. The Decision: Part One
Part 1 of 2. Brody questions where he stands with Jenny when she plans a trip to Paris without him. Meanwhile, a fib backfires on Threepeat, who must learn fluent Mandarin in one day; and Mansfield makes a big announcement.

10. The Decision: Part Two
Conclusion. Brody labors over a difficult choice between his professional life and his love life in the Season 1 finale. Also: Threepeat must stay with Harvard.
