Lorna Maseko trades her stilettos for practical footwear to meet a feast of local faces, from celebrities to the country's incredible chefs, producers and restaurant owners.

3. Fine Dining

Lorna explores the north-west province to find out more about one of South Africa's favourite ingredients, beef; Lorna prepares a local favourite for her guest, Kamohelo Bombe.

Lorna ventures to Dullstroom to track down the freshest trout, with a spot of fly fishing along the way. She partners with travel blogger and Mpumalanga local Dineo Maduna.

Lorna ventures to Graaff-Reinett to learn about South Africa's famed Karoo lamb, where chef Gordon Wright shares his knowledge with her.

Lorna is in KwaZulu-Natal to meet with singer-songwriter Khaya Mthethwa and explore Durban, the third-most populous city in South Africa.

7. West Coast Forage

orna travels up the West Coast to the beautiful town of Paternoster to sample the flavors that come directly from the land.

The winelands of the Cape play host to Lorna and singer and comedian Tracy-Lee Oliver.
