Absurd and unrealistic, that's my first and enduring impression of "Homestead".

Its the end of the world but rather than worrying about marauders and where the next meal is coming from our "survivors" are busy worrying about depression, existentialism, a woman controlling the group (why does she need to control anyone?) and surprise, surprise, toxic masculinity.

In short, its the presence of usual woke crap, that spoils what is a pretty decent idea.

I managed two episodes before calling it quits.

In summary, a strong idea ruined by the usual catering to woke absurdities, that no one would care about, in a life and death situation. The result is a series that feels unrealistic and frankly, stupid.

You've reached the end.
