Lindsey enlists her siblings and longtime construction crew to renovate the Oak Knoll Lodge, starting with the main lodge. But with guests staying at the property during construction, Lindsey must juggle management, the renovation and her siblings.

Marketing the lodge is a top priority, so Lindsey's family and crew are updating the exterior, making the lodge more inviting to potential guests. The team takes a well-deserved break to learn the family's recipe for meatballs from Lindsey's mom.

Lindsey and her team renovate the family and friends-designated Cabin 11. Meanwhile, mom and Kelsey help Lindsey make a special gift fir crew members Steve, whose wife and newborn daughter are visiting for the week.

Lindsey and her team set out to turn the inn's run-of-the-mill pool into a luxurious swim spot inspired by a Palm Springs, CA resort. The finished space will serve as the location for a surprise birthday party for her mom.

In an effort to create more revenue for the lodge, Lindsey decides to transform a rundown barn on her property into a general store. Meanwhile, mom Stacey takes Lindsey and Kelsey's love loves into her own hands by making online dating profiles.

For her last project this season, Lindsey overhauls her largest cabin, Cabin 9. She has big plans to vault the ceiling and open up the kitchen, but her whole crew has been staying in Cabin 9 during renovations, and they need to clean up and move out.
