1. Anonymous
When the Anonymous mask started being used by the hacker group, everyone turned to the author of “V for Vendetta,” expecting him to be the leader and figurehead of the movement. But he has nothing to do with it, he says. On the other hand, he does believe in the need for revolution.

2. Counterculture
Born in 1953, Alan Moore lived through the counterculture meeting of the 1970s. As an anarchist teenager, he explored the worlds of rock, punk, fanzines and comics. Since becoming a figurehead of counterculture, he seeks new forms of expression and new media to continue to evolve the debate.

3. Northampton, Center of the World
For some, Northampton is an unremarkable English town, but for Alan Moore it is central to his existence and a source of inspiration.

4. The Outsider
Born in the slums of Northampton, Alan Moore —the creator of “V for Vendetta”— is a working class kid done good. His entire generation fought against the Thatcher years. But the real betrayal came from Labour-led by Tony Blair, who was too far on the right for the left-leaning Alan.

5. Brexit
June 23rd, 2016. Britain voted to leave the EU. For Alan Moore, who identifies as a pure product of the English working class, this reaction was that of a disoriented and manipulated public.

6. The Information Era
The amount of information available in the world continues to double every fraction of a second. For Alan Moore, this saturation of knowledge is a problem. We're overwhelmed, and when we're overwhelmed, the walls come up. Could information overload be behind the fascist renewal?

7. Northampton's Ghosts
In his native Northampton, Alan Moore uses the ghosts and echoes of its cultural past as inspiration for his writing.

8. Magic
One drunk night, Alan Moore vowed to become a magician. The next day, he had to decide on a deity. He decided on Glycon, a snake with long blond hair. Since then, he has been practicing magic; it's his way of life.

Based on a Thai legend, it tells the unearthly love story between Mak and his wife Nak who died in childbirth while her husband was at war and nevertheless remained around with her child both as ghosts. When Mak returns home, he finds his wife and child seemingly well.

Aired live, their preservation was not technically possible at the time.
