2. Episode 2
We meet some of the hotel's most VIP visitors and discover how staff go to great lengths to ensure that everyone has the perfect five star stay.
3. Episode 3
Love is in the air! Find out what the hotel would do for love as Andrea saves an anniversary with heart-shaped balloons, and Ros has a last-minute order of 500 roses.
4. Episode 4
There's nervous excitement as the founder of the hotel's Michelin-starred restaurant Pavyllon visits and we tour the most restricted area of the hotel - the wine cellar.
