2. Episode 2
Jamie shows us how to make irresistible cauliflower cheese pasta. Later, he reinvents another family favourite by offering us a healthier twist on the classic chicken Kiev.

3. Episode 3
Jamie makes a beautiful cannelloni traybake with mushrooms, layered on a bed of wilted spinach with delicious oozy cheese, to create a satisfying meat-free meal. Later, he whips up delicious garlic prawn kebabs.

4. Episode 4
Jamie gives roast chicken a Korean-inspired makeover with a flavour-packed kimchi glaze. He then makes a deliciously simple traybake: salmon stuffed with creamy prawns, wrapped in bacon.

5. Episode 5
Jamie gives fish and chips a homemade makeover that's healthier and super tasty. Plus, he takes iconic British ingredients, sausage and mash, and creates a pie like you've never seen before.

6. Episode 6
Jamie spices up dinner with his take on peri peri chicken and makes smoked haddock fishcakes with a beautifully creamy chive sauce.

7. Episode 7
Jamie rustles up delicious butter chicken the whole family will enjoy, and shows us a salmon en croute that's so easy it will become a real midweek winner.

8. Episode 8
Jamie makes a beautiful veggie toad-in-the-hole with portobello mushrooms and a rich porter and onion gravy, then enjoys the perfect date night steak with Jools.

9. Episode 9
Jamie spices up a barbecue chicken burger and demonstrates how to dial down the heat for the little ones. He also shows us how to make delicious homemade hummus and whips up a rocky road with the kids.

Jamie creates a super-speedy version of a hoisin pork takeaway with a giant tear-and-share steamed bun, reveals the perfect snack to go with his favourite cocktail, and bakes a beautifully pink cake to keep the whole family happy.
