The actor reflects on his life and career as he celebrates his 50th birthday, and his wife Gladys revisits their old home in LA to recall when her husband's career first took off. Jean-Claude also goes to Paris for a radio interview and gets backstage access to the famous Moulin Rouge club
3. Dubai
The martial artist plans a Rocky-style comeback in the kickboxing ring against an Olympic champion, but admits it will be difficult to recapture his past glories at the age of 50. He returns to Belgium for an emotional reunion with the trainer who made him the 'Muscles from Brussels', which brings home the enormity of the challenge ahead, both mentally and physically

Jean-Claude ends up accidentally hurting his co-star while rehearsing a fight scene for the movie Weapon. Jean-Claude makes his way to Ukraine to make a guest appearance at a charity fashion show but ends up finding himself in the middle of a media storm.

Jean Claude's family get together to celebrate Christmas together at home. Jean Claude's daughter Bianca brings her boyfriend Eddy to meet her dad for the first time. Jean Claude makes sure it will be a Christmas Eddy never forgets when he takes him to the the gym.
6. Hong Kong
Jean-Claude ends up breaking down in tears after being turned down for a film role. He also goes to an old friend's party and tries to get an unlikely hole-in-one on a golf course. He also remembers the time he first met his wife Gladys.

The actor appears in a comedy film alongside a star-struck cast and gets stuck in a lift in Vancouver, where he is working on Kung Fu Panda 2. Cameras also follow Jean-Claude as he talks with regret about his past lifestyle and warns his son about the temptations of Hollywood.
