She starts in Hong Kong and crosses 5777 miles of both Asia and Europe, through seven time zones, taking in an immense panorama of vistas and cultures, people and places, before her final arrival in Moscow.

1. Hong Kong
In the first episode, Joanna heads to Beijing before joining the overnight train to Mongolia.
2. Mongolia
In Monglia, Joanna spends time with some nomads before heading for Siberia.
3. Russia
On the last leg of her train journey, Joanna crosses Siberia, visits Yekaterinburg, where the last tsar was murdered, and arrives in Moscow for her first visit since the 1960s.

A whodunit crime drama, Telecrime showed the viewer enough evidence to solve the crime themselves. Most episodes were written by Mileson Horton. All 17 episodes are lost. Aired live, their preservation was not technically possible at the time.
